Still broken if you use two factor auth. Login and select the number to have the auth sent to and nothing. Go to the website and do the same thing and it works. So still useless. This is also why using an app versus text messaging is useful, because now I have to wait for yet another bug to be fixed despite the fact that there are perfectly good ways of generating two-factor security codes outside of text messaging.

If all you want to do is look at data this app is for you. Every time I try and update a dns record it fails. What makes it better is the mobile site doesnt allow you to do iteither making it a great user experience (Not).

I know the developers are hard at work so I will update my review as updates come out. This version gives me "Oh no, there was an error!" a lot of the time and sometimes when tapping on one of my domains to make changes, it will quickly show the domain settings, then almost instantly take me back to the list of all of my domains.

Even with the latest update, the app still crashes if 2FA is enabled on the account on both my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6 Plus.

The user name and password from the browser login do not work on the app. Just dont bother.

Keep getting "Invalid username or password" error since update, even though Im able to log on via the website.

I would fire the dev team. To release an app here you user can not even log in is unbelievable, But to have this known issue for weeks reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

I know you guys said back on Nov 14, 2015 that you are aware of the login issue and are working on it. Is there a ETA on when we can expect to have that fixed? I use to do a lot of purchasing through the app since I tend to not be on my laptop or desktop a lot. Id hate to look for another registrar just to have the convenience of purchasing domains while on my mobile devices. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Once the fix is in place Ill gladly go back and make this app a 5 star.

Cant even log into the app. I went and changed my password TWICE. Still no luck...its deleted now

I was really excited about using this app with my iPad Pro when working. The app doesnt support landscape view, so its worthless if you have a keyboard case attached. Wasnt able to login to the app either. Maybe because I have two factor authentication turned on? Well, its gone now.

Tried to login twice, and within seconds of clicking "go" it crashed.

Cant login crashes as soon as I try.

Wont allow login. It never worked from the start.

On latest version and Im trying to update Whois on two different domains and it just keeps telling me: "Oh no! Trouble connecting to NameCheap. Try again?" On wifi and LTE.

Crashes frequently, interface is difficult to navigate. No option to view shopping cart. Searching for new domains is about the only thing that works well and consistently. Basic design needs fixed first, this app can be much better.

How can you build an app for the iPad and not have landscape mode... Its sad to say but its easier to just use their website on the iPad. This app wont even let you login. Its been like this for at least a year. Fix it!

This app is simply not worth the price and its free. The only thing it is good for is quickly checking to see if a domain is open to buy. You can only do one thing at a time, so even renewing your domain with multiple suffixes will be impossible. Save time, just get on the PC.

Good company for hosting, terrible mobile app. Latest version of the mobile app no longer allows the user to login. Ive uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no luck. As soon as you start to enter login details the "Login" button grays out. This behavior is absurd. App is nearly useless without the ability to login. (You can still search domains to see what is available though.) If they fix this Ill update the review, because previously the app worked fine.
